Tuition and Financial Arrangements

 

1.  Tuition shall be as follows for the 2009-2010 school year:

 

2 days per week               $202.00

3 days per week               $280.00

5 days per week               $471.00

Extended Day                  $  12.00 TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE

 

Tuition will be 1/2 the regular monthly rate for the month of June.

 

2.  A discount of 10% off will be offered for the second and third child in a family.  The discount will be calculated on the lowest tuition fee.

 

3.   Tuition is paid September 1 through June 15.  Tuition is      payable on the FIRST OF EACH MONTH.  A $20.00 late charge will be instituted on the 10th of the month unless prior arrangements have been secured with the preschool office.  There are no refunds for absence or holidays and no make-up days. Four weeks written notice is required prior to dropping from the program.  Extreme exceptions are decided by the Director in consultation with the Preschool Committee Chair.  You will receive a monthly statement.

 

4.  The Director collects all fees and tuition payments for the Preschool.

 

5.  The Preschool reserves the right to drop a child for reasons of non-cooperation, delinquency in payment of fees, or inability of the child or parent(s) to adjust to the Preschool program.  If payment is more than 30 days delinquent without prior arrangements with the Director, the student is automatically dismissed.

 

6.  The returned check fee is $20.00.  After a second returned check, tuition payment in cash or by money order may be required.

 

7.  The Director is available to discuss any special needs families may have regarding tuition.  CPP has an emergency Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) available for currently enrolled families, please see the Director for further information.
